What do credits cover?
Each credit is $10 AUD. Roof Take Off and Roof iQ reports use 2 credits each. Roof iQ Plus uses 4 credits per report.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new customer gets a 14-day trial after an initial demo. No credit card required.
What’s the difference between Individual and Unlimited?
Individual covers one user seat. Unlimited adds more seats, supercharged AI analysis, priority onboarding, and API access — designed for teams running claims operations at scale.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans run for 12 months from the start date.
Do I need special hardware?
No. ARIS accepts JPG and PNG from any capture device — DJI drones, smartphones, GoPro, DSLR. No proprietary equipment required.
How is GST handled?
All prices are in AUD. GST is handled by Aris Detect Pty Ltd and shown at checkout. Payments processed via Stripe.
